Kent is the man! Very nice and so knowledgeable in all aspects of tennis. Also very reasonable prices such as great service! Highly recommend this place. I’ll always go here

Kent was incredibly easy to work with and then turnaround was 48 hours for two rackets restrung and regripped. I will definitely return as soon as I pop one of these strings and highly recommend this business for anyone that appreciates customer service, efficiency and price.

I’ve been trying to support A-Z Tennis since 2021, but after several unpleasant experiences, I won’t be returning. The owner, Kent Rasmussen, is consistently rude, short-tempered, and dismissive. On one call, he was loudly swearing while speaking directly to me—even after I told him I had him on speaker with my toddler in the car. Most recently, I came in ready to buy a $305 racket and asked to keep the demo one extra day. Due to a medical emergency—my hitting partner’s father collapsed on court—I had only hit with it on a ball machine. I just wanted to try it once in a match before my racket arrived. Kent said he was “in a bad mood” because I had kept the demos too long and told me to “ask again tomorrow” when he may be in a better mood. I told him I’d explain the delay another day, since I could tell he wasn’t in a state to listen—and he didn’t ask what happened when I offered to share later. He said he was fine losing the sale. He went on to complain about others keeping rackets too long and that he was suing someone in small claims court over it(didn’t provide more context to me) and I found it funny he kept talking while not curious why I had kept them too long. He came out

Kent is the man! Knows everything about Tennis and proper fittings of a racquet. What a great owner to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend him over any other big box store.

Kent was amazing. I walked in, shared I hadn’t been in touch with tennis for a decade, and he was extremely patient with catching me up with the changes and updates. He spoke about the different strings he had in stock, and had compared them to the ones I used to use back in high school. His level of care for his clients is unrivaled, and I’m much more motivated to return back to tennis!
